Have you ever wondered what kinds of trees surround you on your walks through the Lackawaxen Township? Join us for an engaging program as we explore the native trees that make our local forests so rich and diverse. Experts from the National Park Service will guide participants through identification techniques — from bark and leaf shape to seed and silhouette — helping you see the familiar landscape with fresh eyes.
This program is open to all ages and is a wonderful opportunity for families, nature enthusiasts, and curious minds alike. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
